FPT University

Founded in 2006 by the FPT Group, FPT University is a prominent private higher education institution in Vietnam with its main campus in Hanoi. The university's establishment faced initial resistance from the Ministry of Education, but after media pressure, official approval was granted on November 15, 2006 [1]. Dr. Le Truong Tung was the first dean, and later Dam Quang Minh became rector in September 2014, known as the youngest rector in Vietnam at that time [1], [16].
